Financial advisor, Erwen Japhta who assisted failed to do his job. On confirming with the call centre If my cancellation has been received, which I sent to Erwen in January 2013. They had informed me that nothing has been received, and only then was I explained all the terms and conditions as well the "naydor" system. Erwen hadn't communicated any of this information with me. This is unacceptable from an advisor who is supposed to FAIS compliment.
Another cancellation form was sent in February but the debit has still been deducted and will be deducted again in March, even though the cancellation form had been sent way in advance for the process of the cancellation to run smoothly. My money should be refunded as none of this is was caused by any fault of mine.
