Hi,
Last week Friday I withdrew money from Standard bank as I didn't have time to stop at an FNB atm. I was unable to receive my money with the withdrawal due to some sort of technical error. When I check today I saw that it was charged from account. Please investigate and let me know as I do not like my money being from me.

I didn't receive my withdrawal due to a technical error but that technical error still deducted the amount from Cheque account.

A compliment will be given if I receive my money.
