African Bank
Annoyed to the max!!!

I called African bank twice yesterday to settle my Ellerines and credit card and not one of these two agents advised me that there is a limit of R5000 per day. Now my problem is Rodney advised me that the settlement of these account would happen yesterday 26 within 10 minutes. An hour later I called and spoke to Edward and he advised me that my request was pending and he would ensure that it goes through TODAY! Today I call and I speak to Octavia who is in Keneth Rangwanasha's team and she tells me that they have a limit of R5000 per day...

I am annoyed beyond belief I sincerely thought that getting these settled would be smooth sailing however these agents have proven otherwise. I really do not want to walk around Cape Town CBD with huge amounts of cash to pay these debts manually!!!
