On 24th of October was given a settlement Offer by Godfrey at African Bank which i settled, i was told that will get the paid up letter within 48 hours till today I'm struggling to get the paid-up letter. Yesterday they debited again R580.00 on top of my settlement, I lodged a complain yesterday spoke to Zandile at their call centre I was told my money will be refunded today and still nothing has been done. I called today spoke to a rude consulltant Gugulethu Mkhabela I asked to speak to the Supervisor Sithembiso she said my money will be refunded tomorrow and will only get my paid up letter once they refunded me.

I'm not impressed about their service because when you owe them they Will be on your case everyday with calls, Sms's and now i have settled them i still need to wait for so long for them to settle and close my account.

I feel that the call centre agents at African bank need to learn to prioritise and keep their promises and to be effecient when serving their clients and remember that a customers needs come first.
