A lump sum of money was transffered into my account last month and Capitec debited from the lump sum, bearing in mind that I told them that my money gets paid into my account on the last day of everyt month, i went to go query about this and was told that everything was sorted. This past weekend I went to query again just so that I was clear the first time.. I am told that Capitec CANNOT debit on the last day of the month because where I work, employees get paid on the 25th. HOW ON 's GREEN EARTH IS THAT POSSIBLE? I'm going to get a bad credit record because of this.

The service I get from Capitec is outstanding but this?! I'm switching banks.. Thanks!!
