MY Bank account debited

SA Warranties has debited my bank account with two debit orders of R250 and R90 on the 26th February 2013. I called SA warranties earlier in February to inform them that my car has been written off and I would not need their insurance policy anymore, further more to that I stopped their debit orders with my bank of which the consultant at my bank confirmed that an instruction was given that the SA Warranties debit orders should be stopped. I believe that my bank account was debited inspite of all the efforts that I made to cancell my deallings with SA Warranties and I want the policy that I had with them to be closed if it's still active on their side.
Your assistance in this regards will be much appreciated as I do not tolerate fraudstars intruding onto my bank account without my consent.
