Pathetic service, Not every one is a

Went to Standard bank branch in Festival Mall to cash a R980 Cheque that was reimbursement from a storage Co. 4 my furniture. The teller was absurd to even think I was a, for some reason she took n extra 45 mnts wth that cheque and when I asked, she said she was referring the cheque, is it not normal to advise or inform client why are you referring the cheque instead of having me waited for that long without me knowing what was happening. I didnt mind to queue for 45 minutes but longer than an hour was silly without being told what the hold was 4. The Mngress Octavia who got me waiting after Martha told me she was coming acted as if Martha didn't tell her I asked to see her. Octavia promised to call, just to be called by Zandile who asked me when and what time am I collecting my money, I then asked her why was I called same day cause the owner of the cheque told me you already phone on the day I was at the branch she dropped the line. I also left a message on the 27 with the contact centre Modise 4 the branch Manager Karen Annamay/ Neela Govender to contact me & they dismally failed. I clearly understand why the pathetic service in that branch. Managemnt dont care
