I unfortunately missed my payment for my vehicle early this month, and Bridget Mahanjana called me to arrange payment. She was not hassling me not did she have an attitude about it. She phoned me up with a very well presumed understanding and offered to give help. Even although I at first was on the defensive, which caused a communication problem on my part, she made herself extremely clear and continued to help me without any prejudice whatsoever. She represented her Company very well and I am very happy to have dealt with her.
