Called the tollfree requesting process of claiming and dealt with Wayne. Very understanding, knows exatcly what needs to happen when, always checking for my understanding of the process. Very confident and clear speaking gentleman... Not sounding like you're talking to a machine. Love the fact that he listened to what I had to say without interruptions.
