Unethical manner in which customers are treated

I DO NOT appreciate being treated like a criminal by unethical, incompetent agent with bad attitude, lack of listening skills & incapable of understanding. I'm constantly being harassed, called every day between 17:30 & 19:00 Explain the same thing over AFTER I CALLED advising my awareness of 1 payment missed & advised normal payment be made end May & I'll only be able to pay the extra after 4months but will advise if I can make payment sooner. I was told there r no records of this (Is there no section on the system to check when a policy been accessed? Are your calls NOT RECORDED to refer back to?) I worked in a call center & know u can see by whom & when an account been accessed. I even tried explaining due to my fianc? losing his job & everything fell on me I fell short for payment. Regardless of my explanation I was told I HAVE to pay my arrears NOW, or I'll be sent to legal. HOW THE AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY WITH NO MONEY? DOESN'T COUNT that I made an effort to call before? I AM NOT running away! I AM MAKING PAYMENT! I have 2loans that I have been paying since last year. This is the 1st time I missed a payment of ONLY ONE OF THE 2LOANS. Have they even bothered to check?
