FNB promise me that the relevant person will come back to me regarding my complaint that FNB do not respond to a request. Well, in 5 days there was still no response. I just would like to verify what FNB's definition of a "relevant person" and "urgently" is.? Maybe then I would understand this third world attitude. Maybe it is just a Big Brother attitude for which some banks are so known for with FNB apparently no exception.
