It has been 15 days since I made a complaint about a transaction being approved without my PIN, the online complaints state they will respond withing 24hrs, still not a word from them, after my complaint on Hellopeter, Celeste Kruger responded saying I have forwarded your comments to the relevant manager to address this matter urgently.
That was 12 days ago, still no feedback
