Capitec Bank is the worst bank ever, i have a debit order that i finished paying, and money was debited off my account, when i went to the bank they said i must get a letter from the company that debited my account so that i can do a reversal, i am so shocked at this, how is it the a bank is not able to reverse a payment, when i the customer request it. what a stupid bank, they promised to be ahead with technology they are more behind
