How can it be? Standard Bank, bank of the yea

I opened a Private banker account with Standard bank, what a disappointment.
First of all my private banker, Lorraine and Olga did not do all my transfers for my debit orders as they had promised. I'm working abroad and this is now the second time that after sending an e-mail in advance asking them to clear my monthly salary paid in from abroad that its not being done.
Standard bank it seems like you cant live up to your award as bank of the year.
Then I receive an e-mail from Olga after my second mail asking her to clear my money, " Good day Funds is paid." No explanation why shes late. Olga your attitude stinks you are suppose to provide a service. Is that to much work for you?
