Totally disgusted - policy number: 112298400

I have had a policy with 1life direct for a couple of years. My debit order returned as the initial payment was made from my overdraft facility, and then returned as there was no funds available. I then recieved a letter stating that my policy is cancelled. This is utter. This is the worst insurance company in South Africa. I make a humble plee to all thoses citizens out there, please go with other companies for your insurance needs, as 1life direct will just take your money and when you have an issue or a problem, they cancel the membership. Unlike allother companies, like Discovery and all the other well known insurance companies, you are given a two month break to reinstate. i am totally disgusted...
