Lack of feedback regarding smart device

Note that this is my only complaint about FNB in 7 years, they are still the best bank I have been with. I am just getting frustrated.

I am currently still waiting in anticipation for any news regarding my smart device ordered on the 5th of September. After numerous calls I am still in the dark. I have no idea what the status of the order is, and it seems neither does FNB. They also seemed to have botched my order a bit, by not cancelling an order that was incorrect. I was told that 2 days ago. Like all of my calls, initial service turns into silence once I put my phone down.

Proper feedback would have made this so much easier, and each time I phone, I have to explain everything again and go through the security question.
