TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY POOR SERVICE & DISREGARD!!!

I have never been so disgusted and annoyed with Nedbank. I have been a loyal customer and Nedbank ambassador for a number of years ( /-12years) and this has been my last resort as I have exhausted all the internal means i.e. branch, my private banker, client services support, numerous emails and telephone calls - all to no avail.

A synopsis of my issue is that I have made a number of payments to beneficiaries loaded on my profile, in the past I had no hassles in effecting payments. It is only in December that I discovered that from December some of those same beneficiaries were not receiving their funds and on further investigation by myself I discovered that the Netbank system was paying other third parties that I had not loaded nor do i know off. I also had not changed any of my beneficiary details. The moneys have been debited from my account and gone to other third parties unkown to me and also not specified as a beneficiary on my profile. I feel I cant trust the integrity of my account as I dont know where my funds will go to next on making a payment. I am now out of pocket by approximately R12K and my good name is being tarnished even though its Nedbanks fault.
