THREATENING A VALUED CUSTOMER

I am disgraced at the fact that ABSA sent me a very threatening letter regarding my overdue credit card facility.

If you look at the records, my account has always been paid before the due date and MUCH more than the due amount.

I called the call centre on 14 Nov 2013 at 13h07 to log a complaint telephonically (I was told I cannot send an e-mail by the consultant). I requested a reference for the complaint but TUMISO told me he will sms it to me the same day (14th). It is the 18th and I still haven't received my reference for the complaint and NO ONE contacted me regarding the complaint.

I have been a loyal customer ABSA - you have on several occasions offered me an increase in my credit due to my payment behaviour and these I've even declined owing to the fact that my credit with you is already in excess of R90, 000.00.

I EXPECT THIS QUERY & COMPLAINT TO BE ADDRESSED - PROMPTLY!
