Money withdrawn twice from account

Went to Greenstone to withdraw money it was an amount of R1600 which never came out, only my card and the slip that read" we have encountered a problem. Please contact the nearest branch" and the machine said out of service at 12:13 and at 12:37 I went back and the ATM took out the money which this was my 2nd withdrawal. After the 1st unsuccessful withdrawal I contacted FNB to report the issue and the consultant asked for my card number and he couldn't access my account as the system was offline. he advised me go to a branch and log a complaint which I did at the Merchant place Branch and they advised me they have sent it to the Greenstone branch and this was on the 08-07-13.did follow up with the Merchant Branch and I was advised that was no reply as yet. Called greenstone spoke to Cathy who advised that there is no surplus money on the ATM that I withdrew money from. On my account it shows the money was withdrawn twice.
Need help to get my money back as no one is willing to help with this issue. This happened on Sunday 07-07-13 and no one has an explanation and today is Thursday. Still don't know what is happening.
