IN A NUTSHELL... I THINK MIBFA IS PATHETIC. THEY LET THE PEOPLE AT THE CALL CENTRE TELL YOU A WHOLE LOT OF BULL! EVERYTIME ANOTHER ANSWER. 31 OCTOBER 2012THEY SAID ALL DOCS IN ORDER TO PAY OUT, TODAY 19 AUGUST 2013 THEY STILL HAVENT PAID AND STILL I GET AN ANSWER OF I DONT KNOW. OUR PHONEBILL IS ALMOST THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND! THEY LOSE DOCUMENTS, THEY ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS AND EVERYTIME NOTE IT ON THE SYSTEM. ARE WE EVER GONNA GET THAT MONEY??? I WONDER WHAT HAPPENNED TO TRAINING OF STAFF??? SURELY THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT.
