Same thing, I get a call from the complaint centre... they ask me if the manager has called... I say yes but hasn't got back to me with any information. and they say they will follow up... and NO ONE CALLS!

END OF THE STORY! This issue has been going on for a moth and a half! NO ONE cares!

either you call and resolve this week or I will move my account by next week Monday to other bank that at cares.
