UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE

I am a client of African Bank and have a credit card account number 7400 1365 523 with them. My account was frozen or inactive as there were still arrear payments and on the 16th March 2012 I rectified by account by settling all outstanding moneys and requested a new card (I destroyed the old one as it was frozen). On the 21st February 2013, I received an SMS stating that my account is in arrears. I then called the Bank only to be sent from pillar to post by the incompetent staff of the African Bank. I spoke to Zwitani who understood the transactions but his line manager Tebogo Temane decided not to help me and referred me back to where I started querying the account. I strongly believe that it is the practice of African Bank to always make sure that they do not lose their clients by deliberately defaulting or bill them wrong just to make sure that they are at ALL times in their books. It is for this reason that most of our black brothers and sisters are forever blacklisted. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and cannot be condoned.
