Disgusted at the inefficiency of FNB

My bond was deducted double on Saturday and this is TWICE in the last six months.
Now I won't have sufficient funds in my account for my other debit orders that still need to be deducted and then I am liable for paying a fee because my debit orders is unpaid. Due to the inefficiency of FNB homeloans dept. But that's nothing new... in November of 2011 the same thing happened -and their person phoned me to say I did'nt have sufficient money in the bank??? This is now the same month my bonus was paid in and I went to N1 branch with the bank statement to SHOW THEM!! Last year October they deducted the bond TWICE as well the when I phoned the homeload dept, the guy asked me 'do you want the money refunded? "... I almost shouted at him!! FNB you are NOT what you're advertising!!! PLEASE CALL ME on my cell ASAP as I don't have time to go the the bank YET AGAIN.
