UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Good Day

I have been banking with FNB for such a long time and I have never been so frustrated and disappointed about their service as I am right now. I have a loan with them and my debit date is on the 26th of every month, in the month of December I understand that early debit orders are set and I do not have a problem with that if I am made aware asked which date will be suitable for me. I was shocked when I received an sms notification on the 13th of December 2013 that the debit order has went off. NO COMMUNICATION WAS MADE WITH ME THAT AN EARLY DEBIT ORDER WILL GO OFF ON THE 13TH. Today at 10:35 I called 086 010 2631 and spoke to a lady who was not really helpful, she told me that they got authority from collections department as communication was already made to customers (which is not true) and gave me the number to collections department. I then attempted to contact 087 757 0091 (number I got from the consultant) and it says "the number is not in use". I very unhappy about the service I received and would like someone to get back to and explain how exactly did this happen.
