YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT INCORRECTLY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TWICE FOR A PAYMENT
I HAD BEEN TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT FOR TWO DAYS AND NOONE COULD ASSIST ME I WENT INTO THE ROSEBANK BRANCH AND GOT NO ASSISTANCE, AND WHEN I FINALLY GET THROUGH TO YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT, THEY CONFIRM THAT THIS WAS A MISTAKE ON FNB'S PART, BUT I HAVE TO WAIT 48 HOURS TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS, THINGS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE SUCH A MISSION TO SORT OUT, AND SHOULD NOT BE AT MY EXPENSE.
