Liberty Life takes 3 months to change request

In December i asked Eileen for a payment break from my policy, because I wasnt working and could not afford the fee. I signed the papers and sent them through.By January this still not had been done. I resent the papers through in mid Jan and was promised that my next debit order would reflect the change. This did not happen. The excuse was that they were moving offices. My Feb debit order bounced because I did not have sufficent funds to cover the amount - I wasnt working - thus the request for a payment break. Now Im incurring cost of the bounced debit order and have gone into overdraft.

When i ask for someone from Hexigon to contact me, I never get a response. Three months down the line, im still waiting for Arno, the owner of Hexigon to contact me.

I want to know who is going to re - emburse me for the problems they have caused me. This i find is unacseptable, three months to change a simple request.

I awaite a response.
