Discovery is a bunch of!

I switched banks to FNB, Discovery refused to accept their debit order change, and made me jump through hoops to fill in forms and FAX them to them. Turns out, they have still been attempting to debit my old account, and subsequently have charged me 3x R220 for bounced orders! This is daylight! Not even a phone call to alert me!

The best part is that they then took the funds from my FNB account... funny that, they cannot accept a debit order change request, but they can authorize funds out of another of my accounts with no problems? UNBELIEVABLE! Someone call me, I am NOT sending another debit order change request form. You WILL do it on the phone and send me proof! I take great pleasure in badmouthing Discovery to every person I speak to!
