Great Service with a smile on her face

This monrning i went to FNB Carlswald branch to get bank statements. I was assisted by Nthabiseng Shabangu. She was very friendly and willing to assist. I requested that she print me the statements, stamp them, then scan them in and email to me. Despite the fact that the bank was crowded with customers and the queu's were long, she was willing to do this for me with a great attitude. I am extremely grateful because had she not done it, i would have to go to an internet cafe to scan them in. Thanks Nthabiseng, you made my day :)
