FNB... I wash my hands

I'm so devastated and hurt deeply the fact that I cannot close my account because of a tablet .theres been some going on in my account .so I allow me to explain FNB .i went to close down my account and they refused my first cheque account .there have been some descrepences going on .i hate banks now what I want do tell u I broke the card at a branch I was at .i did a debit order switching I've done stop orders but, FNB seems not to give a on what happens: all I want is do freeze the account to avoid any reversals and people doing it for themselves in my account I'm so hurt
