Good old fashioned great service

I would just like to take a moment to compliment Francois Barnard based at innovation group in Randburg for the way he handled a claim that I recently submitted, Last week Friday i was traveling on the R21 past OR Thambo airport when i suddenly struck a pothole or some or other object in the road damaging 2 of my 18" rims and one of the tyres, I remember getting back to the office on Monday and telling my colleagues "i cant believe I have to go trough this again" I phoned the call centre and left a msg for Francois to call me back as he was on another call, to my surprise I received a call back within the hour, further more he was very friendly and professional, gave me all round good service and my claim was completed the same day I submitted the documentation, usually when dealing with insurance companies i have to take time out of my busy schedule to do follow ups otherwise my claim just gets pushed aside, it was really pleasant to deal with someone who actually has a passion for customer service, i have several policies with innovation and my vehicle finance is with their holding company, as long as I receive service this good I will be a loyal cutomer for many more years
