I submitted a claim to Innovation for a damaged rim and tyre. From the start, I only had to deal with one call-centre agent which made things easy. He was very efficient and his communication skills were great. He kept me informed every step of the way and went to great lengths to replace my rim and tyre. He did all the run-around for me and even replied when he was off-sick. Francois truly deserve this compliment.
