I asked for a quote from Outsurance on 4 February 2013. The lady on the phone went through everything and at the end of the phonecall asked if I wanted to accept. I asked her to send the quote to me as I wouldn't just accept on the phone. She did so, but very unhappily. I told her once I went through it I would get back to HER. That same day, I received two phonecalls already from her, one at 18:30 and at 8pm. I then again explained on the phone I will get back to her and requested she stop phoning me. The following day I received about four phonecalls. I then told her that I am not accepting the quote as she is harassing me. Since that day, EVERY DAY I have received phonecalls on my cellphone and landline from Outsurance, different consultants each time. And not just one phonecall, up to 6 a day. I eventually asked to speak to a Manager last week, who said there was no note on the system and that's why they were still phoning me, but confirmed he would take care of it and I would not be contacted again. Today, I got another phonecall and am seriously considering laying a charge of harrassment against Outsurance, as it seems this will be the only way I will get them to stop
