Outsurance and their R400 claim

After hearing Outsurance would pay R400 if they couldn't better my current premium I called them for a quote. The quote I got was triple what I am currently paying so naturally I didn't accept. When I asked if that meant I would get the R400 the salesperson said the promotions people would contact me. Not only did I not hear from the promotions people I got a call from Outsurance everyday for almost a week trying to sell me something else. No matter how much I explained I really couldn't afford their premium and I wasn't taking up the offer. Eventually i started answering the phone with "are you from outsurance? " and I even told one lady telemarketer that if they called me one more time i would shoot myself. I was that frustrated. She said I would be taken off the list. They still called twice more! I took my time to explain to the last caller that they were harassing me and they finally stopped. So much for paying me R400. I was really put off by their conduct and the fact that it took so much to get them to stop calling and that they didn't keep their advertised promise.
