Outsurance Very Bad Service

I phoned outsurance to get a quote for my car insurance, so the lady asks me what am i looking at to pay and i gave a price, so she says i wont be able to get it for that price so i asked her to give me a quote, She told me R238 after asking her manager, i told her Dial Direct offered me R166, She says so if they are cheap why are you phoning around, and i have phoned them previously for quote for a different car, I do have the right to shop around, and Outsurance Advertises if they cant beat it they will pay R400, leave the pay but they cannot even match it. VERY BAD SERVICE
