UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE FROM GWN

My parents bought a brand new Steed 5 (Double Cab) on the 26th of September 2013. They were given a temporary permit valid to 17 October 2013. Till today my parents has not received any license disk or number plate for the motor vehicle. As we speak my parents are sitting with unlicensed motor vehicle that they pay but they can enjoy the benefits of driving it. when we contact the dealer they mention they always say that they are aware of the problem and they are sorting it out. They also mentioned that the sales lady who sold the car to the my parents was no longer working there. I was under the impression that the service is not only provided by one individual bu the whole dealership.
