I have cone an EFT transfer to the clients Bank account for the amount of R7175.00 on the 5th of Feb 2013. They assured me that the money takes 3 Working days to reflect on the clients account. It is a week later and nothing is reflecting on there statement on the 22 Feb 2013.

I spoke with Cape Town on the 21 Feb and they assured me that the fund was transferred at 15:30 (21 Feb) but there is still nothing on the clients account (22 Feb).

Taking a week and still nothing is transferred is NOT acceptable.
