Ok money was transferred into my account but the person who transferred put 1 digit wrong they went to the bank and they said they will rectify the error.
this has happened to me with other banks but then they normally took max 5 days to fix the error.
i would like to know why capitec takes up to 2 and a half freaking weeks to fix this mistake were as other banks can do it within 5 working days.
does capitec understand that that money could have been needed asap for maybe food or other necessities that the client may need?
i this is poor customer service on their part and seems they not really intrested if their clients need their money or not
