NEDBANK DEBITS 4 DAYS EARLIER THAN AUTHORIZED

Nedbank has debitted my account for repayment of a personal loan 4 days prior to the authorized date, and after enquiring about it they told me they will refund me but I have to wait!!! This is not legal, I have agreed contractually to a certain date and they have no authority to just take my money when they feel like it! They left me pennyless taking my last money 4 days before my pay day and the date I agreed to pay my premium!
