On 20/02/2012 i called card division to cancel a tranaction that had not been authorised as yet, i spoke to herbie who confirmed all was cancelled and in order the payment would not go through. i received an sms that funds was reversed and is in card. today i notice the tranaction has gone throught. i called the card division spoke to someone that had me on hold for more than 20 minutes he then transferred me to Isaac Kekana who without knowing the details of the query just informed me there is nothing he can do i must call ABSA. Isacc was totally unhelpful initially and made a judgement on my query without have facts and details, PATHETIC FOR A MANAGER no wonder your staff give the customers false info. I have given him until 12 today to resolve else this will be taken futher, the funds will be reversed immediately and Standard bank will get their money from ABSA THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!

DONT EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO TAKE BAD SERVICE, INCORRECT INFORMATION AND HALF ANSWERS JUST TO GET RID OF THE QUERY!
