I phoned card division today with a query on a transfer charge on my credit card. I spoke to Ntumeleng who verified that the charge was incorrect and asked me to hold for a reference number. I was then put on hold and another consultant answered, so I asked to speak to Ntumeleng and was told she is busy he will help, which meant I had to start at the beginning again giving card details and going through the whole process agin!!! This is SO frustrating!!!
