Copy of ID not good enough

I have given my wife full power of attorney with a copy of my ID - I have requested that Absa send me our vehicle registration documents as we have sold the vehicles and we are immigrating as I am already in New Zealand. The courier was there to deliver reading through the pages, then decides the ID is not good enough. Our vehicle have been sold and my wife need these documents for the new owners.
The attitude- I will take this matter up with ABSA at the highest levelompany well as with this courier company. Service stinks!!!
