Ridiculous incompetence from Discovery Insure

On 18 October 2012 (3 Months ago) I submitted a claim to fix some electrical damage to my car attained during a thunderstorm. After Discovery collected my car from my house I was told that my electrical system will get fixed as the claim was approved. I then had to call them OFTEN inquiring about my car, but on numerous occasions get told that a Claims manager will call me back ASAP, (I am still waiting for that call). A few more frustrating calls later I learn that nothing has been done to fix my car in the three months following my claim submission. Eventually I was given a direct line to a lady who promised me that she will sort this out but to no surprise whatsoever, she disappeared off the face of the earth and no answer from her phone nor my emails.
Discovery Insure is one of the most expensive Insurance companies and clearly lacking the service to justify such expensive premiums. Why am I kept in the dark? Why is this taking 3 months? Where is my car?
