Have claimed my investment on the28/01/2013 and i was told about the required documents which i emailed the very same day and i received the confirmation from Momentum and after three days without any correspondence i sent email for update and i was told that it takes 5-7 days to be process then on the following monday i sent email agin for follow up and then i was told that they didnt receive my documents and there are still outstading documents which i need to submit, Pathetic as it sound because when i enquired about my claim no one told me that, to date i have not received my money and no one is saying anything to me, i guess they are waiting for me to call them, thats how good they are, and their Pathetic management who doenst know the urgency of a claim. As a client I am very dissapointed with the bad service and my finacial adviser Roy, I dont trust momentum any more with my otherpolicies, should i die today my beneficiary will sufer the same.
