Its been 1year 6 months and still nothing done!!!

In august 2011 i was in an accident. i put a claim through being the third party i was
told to submit all documents; which i did; i kept calling to find out about my claim but i still havent recieved feedback. being such a big company this is totally unprofessional. an insurance company is suppose to assist you not make you run around.
