Malcolm quoted me R500 each for outside lights.
I bought them for R21.99 at the hardware store in Douglasdale., That is certainly highway.
He quoted me R3500 to install 2 X lights and an electric fan which included the previous day call out fee, which was never discussed on the original call that there would be a call out fee. Again highway.

I cancelled the deal with Malcolm and found a new Electrician who charged me R700 for installing 4 lights and 1 fan. instead of the original 2 lights and 1 fan.
