I need to change the repayment date

I have been trying to establish contact with your call centre 0861 729 727 for 4 days now and after choosing the options the number is engaged. How is it possible to change the date if I cannot reach you. this is so frustrating and your number is all over the place ' our friendly consultants will assist you'. If my account goes into arrears I will be very unhappy. please help me urgently
