I had a loan from wonga, i changed my banking details before the repayment date and phoned in to ask if I can transfer the money into their account on the same day of the repayment. The consultant said that it would be ok and no extra costs is involved. I transferred the money directly into [URL Removed] account. A week later one of the consultants phone me to say they haven't received anything yet and she was going to phone the next day if the money is not in. I phoned the next day to speak to someone because my account was overdue even after I spoke to their consultants. I am very unhappy with their service as I phoned again and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I have sent a number of emails regarding my account which I paid on time, however I have a unpaid account and all the consultants ensured me everything will be sorted out but I am still waiting...
