Kindly assist has a matter of urgency
I called in this morning regarding and early debit tyo my account and was told by the agent that this was not possible I did advise the agent that in the Terms and Conditions that is not specified I requested to speak to a senior and I stated this is totally unacceptable and he dropped the call in my ear which I feel is totally unprofessional
I need this matter resolved asap
