I COMPLANED ABOUT RCS ON THE 07/06/2013 ABOUT MY CARD THAT WAS CLONED AND REQUESTED A REFUND AS I DID NOT USE THE CARD. THE DAY AFTER, I GOT A CALL FROM KEM, WHO IS DEALING WITH THE INVESTIGATION, TELLING ME THAT THE INVESTIGATION IS ALMOST DONE AND THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. SHE KINDLY REQUESTED ME TO GET A BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THE DEBIT ORDER, AND I MUST FAX IT FOR HER ATTENTION SO THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME ACCORDINGLY. ON THE 11/06/2013 GOT AN UPDATE THAT THE MATTER IS RESOLVED FROM RCS. TODAY 14/06/2013, I CALL RCS TO FIND OUT WHEN AM I GOING TO BE REFUNDED AS I NEEDED THE MONEY, SPOKE TO A VERY CHEEKY ROXANE. I ASKED HER TO PUT ME THROUGH TO A PERSON WHO IS IN KEM'S POSITION, TO ASSIST ON THIS MATTER AS KEM IS NOT AT WORK. AND SHE TOLD ME THAT NO, I CAN SPEAK TO HER AS SHE IS IN KEM'S POSITION. (LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) AND HAVING NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS MATTER. PLEASE ESCALATE THIS MATTER AS I AM VERY ANGRY AND GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER VERY FAR. I WANT MY MONEY AND U CAN KEEP YOUR STUPID CARD. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED. IF YOU EVER DEBIT ME AGAIN, WILL BREAK LOOSE
