I phoned Shelly from AON on Friday afternoon regarding a claim. Forms were emailed to me promptly.
On Monday, I was asked to verify, give banking details and sign completed forms.
Once done, confirmation that the claim had been paid.
I am waiting for the transfer between banks.
The complete process took about 12 Business hours.
